Questions we often hear
Can you service my car while it is under warranty?
Yes. We are able to service cars that are still within the manufacturer’s warranty period, under the European block exemption ruling.
Do you offer budget servicing?
We avoid budget servicing, as we feel it is a false economy. If you only do a low mileage, though, we can often reduce service costs by spreading operations over longer intervals.
Can you reset my service warning light?
Our up to date diagnostic equipment lets us reset service warning systems on most makes of vehicle.
Do you look after company vehicles?
We look after a number of company fleet and many company lease vehicles, and we are happy to discuss your requirements.
Can I wait while the work is done?
Yes. We have a large reception area with seating if you would like to wait while your MOT or a small repair is carried out. A while-you-wait MOT is available by appointment.
